      What is a manage link? Every dynamic QR has two links. The short link is inside the printed QR and sends people to your website. The manage link is private and only for you: it opens this page to edit the link, change the design, pause, delete and view analytics. Codes are listed here only in the browser where you created them. On another phone or computer, paste the manage link into Open with manage link. Keep it safe: anyone with it can edit your QR, and a lost link can't be recovered.

      How dynamic QR codes work

      Create a branded QR code for your website or WhatsApp, download it and test it before printing. When your menu, campaign or contact link changes, update the destination through your private manage link. Your printed code stays the same while your plan is active.

      What is a dynamic QR code?

      A dynamic QR code contains a short link that redirects to your chosen destination. You can update that destination after printing while keeping the same QR code.

      Can I change a QR code after printing?

      Yes. For an active dynamic QR code, open its private manage link, update the destination and save. The printed QR code stays the same. Static QR codes cannot be updated.

      Is there a free trial?

      The free trial includes one dynamic QR code for 3 days with 35 scans. No payment card is required. Static QR codes can be created without an account.

      How much does Pro cost?

      Pro costs US$5 monthly or US$42 yearly. It includes up to 25 dynamic QR codes and 100 scans per QR code each month. Extra scan packs are available.

      Do I need an account?

      Dynamic QR codes require an account with a verified email address. Static website, Wi-Fi, contact, email and text QR codes work without an account.

      What is the manage link?

      The manage link is a private key to your QR code. Use it to edit the destination and design, pause the code and view analytics. Keep it private and save it securely; a lost key cannot be recovered.

      What scan analytics are available?

      Dynamic QR analytics include scan activity over time, device type, operating system, browser family and country when available. Scanner IP addresses are not stored; unique visitors are estimated with a hash that changes daily.

      Can I add my logo to a QR code?

      Yes. Add your logo, choose colours and use a frame with a call to action. Keep strong contrast, leave a clear margin and test the downloaded code on several phones before printing.

      Privacy notice

      LocalView Tech Private Limited operates dynamicqr.cloud and is the Data Fiduciary for personal data described in this notice. This notice explains our practices under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules. Some requirements have phased commencement; we apply these privacy controls now.

      QR codes

      When you create a dynamic QR code we store its name, company or brand label, destination link and design (including any logo you add) so the short link can forward visitors and you can edit it. When someone scans a dynamic QR code we record the time, coarse device type, operating system, browser family and country where available. We do not store scanners' IP addresses; unique visitors are estimated with a salted hash that changes daily. Dynamic QR data is kept until the owner deletes the code.

      Account emails

      We send email verification codes, payment receipts and service notifications about plans and QR scan allowances through LocalView?s SMTP mail service. Verification codes expire after 15 minutes. Sent message bodies are cleared from our delivery queue after SMTP acceptance. Delivery failures are retried; diagnostic delivery codes are retained for troubleshooting. We do not use these service emails for marketing.

      Accounts

      If you create an account we store your name, email address, username and a salted, one-way hash of your password (never the password itself). If you sign in with Google, Facebook or GitHub we receive your account ID, name, verified email address and profile photo link from that provider, and nothing else; we never see your Google, Facebook or GitHub password. A strictly necessary, secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days; it is not used for analytics or advertising. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. To delete it, contact us at the address below.

      Data we may process

      Before consent, Google Consent Mode sends anonymous, cookieless pings that include your IP address (used transiently by Google to derive approximate location and prevent fraud, not used to set cookies or build a profile) so we can measure aggregate, modelled usage. If you consent to Analytics, Google Analytics 4 may additionally process online identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, interactions, and diagnostic information. If you consent to Advertising, Google AdSense may process identifiers and information about ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization according to your Google settings and applicable law.

      Purposes and consent

      Analytics measures traffic, reliability, and feature usage. Advertising supports the service and measures ad performance. We use Google Consent Mode: before you consent, and if you reject, Google operates in a restricted "denied" state that sends only anonymous, cookieless signals and serves non-personalised ads — no analytics or advertising cookies are set and no profile is built. When you consent, cookies and personalisation are enabled for the purposes you allow. You may refuse or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie choices without losing access to QR management.

      Payments

      Paid plans are processed by Razorpay. To create a payment we share your name, email address and phone number with Razorpay; card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure pages and never reach our servers. We keep a record of each order (plan, amount, date and payment reference) for accounting and tax purposes for as long as the law requires. If you contact us about Enterprise, we keep your enquiry details to reply and follow up.

      Processors and transfers

      Google acts as a service provider for Analytics and Advertising and may process data on infrastructure outside India, subject to its contractual safeguards and any restrictions imposed by Indian law. Review how Google uses data from partner sites.

      Retention

      We keep your consent choice in your browser until you change it or clear browser storage. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to our configured Google settings and Google's applicable retention rules. We do not retain uploaded image files because they are never uploaded.

      Your rights

      You may ask for a summary of personal data we control, correction, completion, erasure, or grievance redressal, and you may withdraw consent through Cookie choices at any time. You may also nominate another person to exercise applicable rights in the event of death or incapacity.

      Children

      This general-purpose converter is not directed to children and we do not knowingly request personal data from children. Optional analytics and advertising remain off unless consent is provided. A parent or lawful guardian may contact us about a child's data.

      We use browser-local image processing, access controls, and reasonable technical safeguards appropriate to this service.
