What happens at a limit or expiry?
Scans are shared across your account and reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). Trial codes expire after 14 days. Existing paid codes have a 7-day redirect grace period after the paid plan ends.
At the scan limit or after the applicable expiry/grace period, visitors see a clear notice unless the code has an eligible scan top-up. Renewing or adding a scan pack restores eligible codes without reprinting. Deleting a code or account permanently stops its redirects.
Available individual-code scan packs: 500 scans for $1, 2,000 for $3, or 10,000 for $10. Extra scans do not expire. The account QR-count limit still applies.

Are these prices monthly or annual?
Starter is $4 for one month or $39 for 12 months. Pro is $7 for one month or $69 for 12 months. You choose the period before checkout and pay once. There is no automatic renewal.
Do you offer unlimited scans or API access?
The self-service plans listed here use the stated scan limits. API access and custom-domain plans are not offered for self-service purchase.
Can I get help with a payment or QR problem?
